Overview
This site shares structured observations from real-world experience navigating infant feeding, reflux, and colic with my two children.
Both children had tongue tie, with differing levels of severity, which highlighted how varied and overlapping early feeding symptoms can be.
My background is in research, and I tend to approach problems by identifying patterns, testing small changes, and considering how multiple factors interact over time.
This perspective has been useful in understanding infant feeding challenges, where symptoms are rarely caused by a single factor.
The aim of this site is to organise those observations in a clear and structured way, so that patterns are easier to see and interpret.
It is not intended to replace medical advice, but to offer a complementary, structured way of thinking about common early feeding challenges.
